岗位职责
1.参与生物医药产业股权投资、并购重组、增资、产业合作等项目立项及尽职调查，对照国资监管规定、公司投资管理制度及行业监管要求，从政策、财务、法律、公司治理等维度识别业务端风险，提出风险应对举措，审核交易结构及合作条款，为投资决策输出建议。
2.全程跟进项目谈判、方案落地、内部报批、合同业务条款复核、项目交割等环节，对照法规、制度核查投资业务各环节执行情况，确保投资业务流程履行到位、申报材料真实完整、决策程序合规。
3.针对已投项目开展业务层面常态化跟踪，重点监控被投企业重大经营变动、股权处置、重大投融资等事项，对照投资协议及内部制度核查履约执行情况；按照公司要求开展投资后评价。
4.配合开展投资业务专项自查、审计、巡察相关工作。
5.提供投资业务所需的其他风控支撑保障。

任职要求
1. 学历专业：硕士研究生及以上学历，经济学、金融学、财务与工商管理、生物医药等相关专业。
2. 工作经验：大型金融机构投资、风控、合规等相关工作经验，国资背景工作经历优先。
3. 专业能力：熟悉国资投资监管规则、股权投资及并购流程，具备财务、法律基础判断能力。
4. 其他能力：风险敏感度高，善于对照制度法规发现业务执行偏差，文字功底扎实，逻辑严谨。
5. 综合素质：政治素养过硬，严守国企工作纪律与保密规定，原则性强、作风严谨、责任心强；具备优秀的跨部门协同、统筹督办及抗压能力，无证券市场失信、行政处罚及从业不良记录。中共党员优先。
