职位描述：
（1）负责组织、制定、更新临床试验质量管理体系中的相关SOP和流程文件；
（2）制定项目稽查计划并组织实施，提供稽查报告和整改意见，并督促整改实施。审阅CRO回复的CAPA，直到关闭；
（3）负责对供应商及相关合作方的稽查，对部门供应商库进行维护及管理，并根据供应商项目开展情况进行更新评估；
（4）稽查工作完成后负责对相关人员进行培训；
（5）制定针对临床运营团队的培训计划；
（6）协助进行临床试验相关资料（方案、报告等）的审核；
（7）协助组织、实施项目自查，准备和支持监管部门的现场核查工作。
（8）领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
（1）医药相关专业的硕士及以上；
（2）熟悉GCP法规及有相关培训经历；
（3）能始终遵循GCP和SOP要求，为CAPA整改提供建议和帮助；
（4）具有良好的中文口头表达、写作能力，熟悉Word、Excel等日常电脑办公软件；
（5）逻辑性强，细致有耐心，善于发现问题；
（6）做事认真负责，积极主动，责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力、合作能力和执行力；
（7）能适应出差；
