任职要求
1.中专及以上学历，机械、模具、质量检验等相关专业优先。
2.3年以上五金、机械、注塑行业检验经验，能熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、高度规、硬度计等常用量具，能看懂机械图纸。
3.熟悉机加工、压铸、注塑等工艺的基本流程及常见质量缺陷。
4.有驾照，能熟练驾驶，接受高频次短途出差（当日往返或短期住宿）。
5.原则性强、严谨负责：敢于对质量问题“亮红牌”，能坚持标准，同时具备良好的沟通协调能力，能推动供应商改进。
6.独立工作能力强：在外协现场能自主判断、快速决策，无需事事请示。
7.服务意识：不仅检验，更要帮助供应商理解标准、提升质量，共同保障公司生产。
