岗位职责：
1. 机加工工艺：依据模具特性、返修方案及质量要求，编制工艺流程卡，确定工序、设备、刀具，优化切削参数以平衡效率与刀具寿命。
2. 数控编程：用UG设计刀路并后处理生成代码，模拟验证刀路防过切/碰撞，适配不同数控系统调整程序格式。
3. 生产支持：管理加工中心班组、把控质量，指导操作工装夹/对刀/试切，解决加工技术问题；持续优化工艺与程序，降本提效。
任职要求
1.大专及以上，机械制造、机电一体化、数控技术等相关专业，能快速定位并解决加工技术问题。
2. 5年以上专职CNC编程经验，熟练读图纸，精通UG、SolidWorks做模型处理与编程，工作严谨高效。
3.具备丰富刀具知识，能合理选、用各类刀具。
4.可与多部门有效沟通，有团队协作意识，配合完成工作。
