职责描述：
1、根据稽核计划及部门安排对公司内部进行稽核，对公司各业务流程中的重要风险点和关键操作环节实施同步稽核，保障稽核的独立性与权威性。
2、建议公司对风险可能扩大部门进行重点调查，经授权后执行；对发现的重大风险及违规事项应及时向上级报告。
3、对合规稽核工作中发现的问题提出稽核监督意见，并督促有关责任部门及时改进。
4、根据要求对涉及公司内部控制的相关问题进行协调和处理、开展协查等。
任职要求：
1、基本要求：本科及以上学历，具备期货从业资格，1年以上相关岗位工作经验。有法律、私募基金专业背景可优先考虑。
2、业务技能需侧重经纪业务稽核，有总部合规稽核、分支机构合规或经纪业务运营后台岗位工作经验（例如开户、交易风控等），有法律专业背景者优先。
