一、岗位职责
1. 负责智慧农业后端服务开发，基于 FastAPI 构建病虫害预测模型接口、物联网设备数据接收服务等核心模块；
2. 主导数据库设计与优化，针对海量田间监测数据（传感器数据、图像数据），优化数据库存储方案，提升数据查询效率；
3. 参与病虫害 AI 模型落地，负责模型推理接口封装、数据预处理及结果缓存，对接 Redis提升高并发场景下的响应速度；
4. 开发数据处理流水线，实现物联网设备数据清洗、格式标准化及异常值检测，支撑常见预测等核心算法的迭代；
5. 编写相关技术文档，配合前端及算法团队完成联调，保障服务高可用与数据安全性。
二、我们希望您
1.全日制本科及以上学历，计算机或农学相关专业，3 年及以上 Python 开发经历；精通 Python 编程语言，深入掌握 FastAPI 或 Django/Flask 框架，熟悉异步编程及 RESTful API设计规范。
2.熟练掌握 MySQL、MongoDB 数据库开发与优化，精通 SQL 调优技巧，有海量时序数据处理经验者优先。
3.了解 Redis 缓存、RabbitMQ/Kafka 消息队列，熟悉 Docker 容器化技术，能独立完成服务部署与运维监控。
4.熟悉 Python 的高级特性，深入理解各种设计模式和应用场景。
5.具备良好的系统架构设计能力，熟悉微服务架构与高并发系统开发，有实际项目中性能调优、容错处理及分布式系统实践经验者优先。
三、加分项
1.熟悉 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等深度学习框架者优先。
2.对大模型（LLMs）应用和工作流编排工具（如：LangChain, Flowise, Dify, GPTs, AgentGPT, Prompt Engineering, RAG 等）有了解或实践经验者优先。
3.有开源项目贡献或技术博客。
