岗位职责：
1、根据研发项目安排，按时按质完成项目研发工作任务；
2、负责软件项目的系统设计、代码编写、单元测试及性能优化；
3、参与公司产品的需求分析和设计以及技术文档的编写；
4、协助测试完成测试系统的部署；
5、参与团队技术架构和技术组件库的建设；
6、负责与项目经理对接沟通业务需求及功能实现；

任职要求：
1、熟练使用Spring及SpringMVC开发或guice,jetty开发；
2、掌握常用的数据结构和基本算法，面向对象的思想和设计模式；
3、熟悉io、nio、多线程、设计模式、通信协议等基础技术；熟悉JVM工作原理并掌握常见性能调优方法；
4、熟悉至少Memcached或者Radis一种缓存技术；
5、至少熟悉两种关系数据库如mysql、oracle、sqlserver、pg等，并能根据业务需求设计数据库结构；
6、熟悉Linux、Windows开发环境，掌握一种脚本语言(Shell，Python)的使用；
7、大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用系统设计、开发和调优经验者优先，精通mysql、oracle等主流数据库，有数据库高并发、高写入优化经验优先和NoSQL方面技能者优先，大数据方面hadoop、MapReduce经验者优先；
8、具备良好的沟通能力和需求理解能力；
