【岗位职责】
1.负责雷达信号处理、目标检测跟踪及后处理相关算法的仿真、设计和实现；
2.根据雷达系统方案进行算法详细设计；
3.对算法进行前期仿真，并关注前沿技术；
4.对产品中遇到的问题进行数据层面的分析，并给出相关结论或指导意见；
5.负责或协助软件工程师进行算法的工程落地；
6.为公司内部和客户提供雷达算法技术支持。
【任职要求】
1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信、自动化、导航与定位、测绘、应用数学等相关专业；
2.C语言功底扎实，熟悉超声波雷达工作原理与ELMOS/罗姆协议栈，有一定的超声波理论基础；
3.熟悉超声波回波信号处理，了解单发单收、单发多收原理；
4.掌握超声波三角定位、障碍物检测、目标跟踪滤波、距离测量等算法；
5.熟悉卡尔曼滤波、粒子滤波、*小二乘法、非线性优化(ceres/g2o)等滤波与优化算法；
6.有汽车超声波雷达、毫米波雷达项目经验优先。
