岗位职责：
1.熟悉公司产品功能，参与需求评审，提出需求疑问；
2.参与测试需求分析，并对测试需求分析报告进行内部评审；
3.参与测试用例设计工作，并对测试用例进行内部评审；
4.参与项目测试环境搭建并进行冒烟测试；
5.负责项目的测试用例执行完成项目轮次测试；主动思考测试执行过程问题解决方案并落地，有效保证测试用例执行率；
6.参与优化测试用例、工具和方法，提升测试效率；
7.提交缺陷并协助开发工程师进行问题定位；
8.参与测试基础（测试环境搭建和测试用例库建设）建设和培训体系建设等工作。
任职要求：
1.学历要求：本科及以上；
2.专业及技能要求：
1）2年以上嵌入式系统测试经验；具备任务拆解能力；
2）有基本的程序设计概念，有C/C++编程经验优先；
3）熟悉整车级及ECU级网络诊断测试经验，熟悉汽车网络通信技术，CAN/LIN/UDS等，会Ethernet更佳；
4）熟悉autosar架构，CAN工具，如CANoe，CANape等测试工具，了解并能够CAPL编程；
5）熟悉Vector，周立功等总线网络测试工具；
6）熟悉基本的测试方法和理论，如边界划分、黑盒测试等常用技能及软件产品质量特性；
7）具备良好的产品质量意识和技术问题分析能力，能够在研发过程中挖掘缺陷；
8）熟悉新产品开发测试流程；
9）具有良好的沟通表达能力，团队协作能力；具备较强的主观能动性。
