职位描述：

1、根据开发进度和任务要求，在规定的时间内完成相应功能模块的设计、开发和测试工作；

2、负责解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题，研究新技术幵给开发团队做技术培训；

3、负责Web后端系统的设计和开发，拥有独立开发业务系统的经验和能力；

4、根据功能需求开发业务逻辑的处理和与数据处理；

5、负责IOT产品的设备通信对接及软件开发；

任职要求：

1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上JAVA实际开发经验，掌握多门后端语言者优先，如python；

2、熟悉JAVA语言，熟练掌握主流开发框架（Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、Mybatis、Hibernate，JPA等）；

3、能熟练使用Linux，搭建环境，部署项目。

4、熟悉且会使用消息中间件RabbitMq，Kafka，ActivityMq，Mqtt中其一；

5、熟悉基于Springcloud的微服务开发，并有过成功上线的项目经验；

6、熟练掌握http，tcp等网络协议，有私有通信协议设计经验者优先，熟悉前后台通信技术，包括网络协议，数据传输加密，有高并发系统设计经验优先；

7、熟悉 Mysql或Oracle ，MongoDB数据库，对数据库性能优化有一定经验；

8、熟悉常见的通信技术、协议，熟悉物联网智能硬件业务场景；

9、熟悉NIO技术，有多线程开发经验，熟悉Netty、Mina框架等优先考虑；
