任职要求：
1、精通spring、spring-boot框架技术，能够熟练的运用Mybatis、Hibernate数据库持久化框架，熟练运用sql函数，有sql调优能力。
2、熟悉微服务设计模式，熟练掌握netty、dubbo服务框架，熟悉Redis、Zookeeper、Nacos、kafka等中间件技术的使用。
3、对云部署有一定了解，熟悉服务容器部署、自动伸缩扩容等。
4、熟悉分布式架构和并发编程，对分布式事务、锁、数据一致性等问题解决方案有一定了解。
5、熟悉AI工具应用和知晓通信行业知识的优先。
