岗位职责：
1. 负责人才招聘全流程管理，包括但不限于招聘需求分析、招聘渠道维护、候选人筛选评估及录用决策支持；

8.公司安排的其他工作事项。
任职要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历；
2.至少3年制造业招聘培训经验；
3.能接受建厂初期高负荷高节奏工作模式；
4.公司暂不提供班车，自驾上下班或接受宿舍者优先。
