岗位职责：
1、体系建设：负责主导建立并推行公司EHS（环境、健康、安全）管理体系，编制各项EHS管理程序、制度和应急预案。
2、项目合规：负责新建项目阶段的政府报批、验收工作（如安全、环保、消防、职业健康“三同时”），确保项目合法合规投产。
3、现场监管：负责设备安装、调试阶段的现场安全监管，对承包商作业进行严格监督、检查和管理，消除事故隐患。
4、风险管控：组织对新工艺、新设备、新物料进行危险源辨识和风险评估（如JSA），制定并落实有效控制措施。
5、培训文化：策划并实施员工EHS入职培训、专项培训，提升全员EHS意识，初步建立公司的安全文化。
6、应急准备：组织筹建应急响应队伍，配置应急物资，并主导开展应急演练。
7、日常管理：负责日常安全检查、职业病危害因素监测、环保废弃物管理、事故调查等EHS日常工作。
任职要求：
1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工、机械类相关专业优先。
2、工作经验：5年以上制造行业EHS工作经验。
3、知识技能：
掌握国家EHS法律法规及地方标准，掌握风险辨识与评估方法，具备出色的现场隐患排查能力和承包商管理能力。熟悉涂装、注塑、机械加工等工艺安全风险者优先。
4、资质证书：持有注册安全工程师资格证书者优先。
5、能力素质：具备极强的责任心、原则性和沟通协调能力，能够承受压力，善于发现和解决问题。具备良好的团队合作精神和培训技巧。
