岗位职责：
1、参与大语言模型相关产品的需求调研与技术方案设计，协助撰写技术文档;
2、负责Python后端模块的开发与调试，基于Django、FastAPI等框架实现核心功能;
3、搭建基于stream1it等工具的数据应用原型，实现高效可视化展示:
4、集成主流大语言模型(如OpenAIHugging Face、LLaMA)并使用RAGFLOW、Dify等工具实现智能体相关功能;
5、优化知识库结构与问答效果，提升系统性能与响应质量;
6、修复系统缺陷及安全问题，持续优化代码质量;
7、编写与维护可复用的通用组件提升开发效率与系统稳定性。
岗位要求：
1、扎实的编程基础，3年以上Python开发经验;
2、熟悉至少一种web开发框架(如Django、Flask、FastAPI等)，具备相关的网络编程经验，有实际项目经造
3、熟练使用stream1it等快速构建数据应用的框架，能快速搭建原型和数据可视化界面;
4、熟悉大语言模型(LLM)的调用集成方式，如0penAl、Hugging FaceLLaMA等;
5、熟悉智能体构建，知识库优化相关技术;6、有一定的数据处理与文本处理能力，能处理JSON、文本、结构化数据等，熟练掌握pandas和numpy者优先
7、熟悉Docker、Linux部署，了解云服务(如AWS、阿里云、华为云)者优先;8、具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力，有积极的心态和抗压能力，能独立负责模块开发任务。
