2.海量驾驶数据分析与处理
开发分布式数据处理框架（如Spark），实现PB级驾驶数据的高效存储、查询与特征提取。
结合时空数据（如GPS轨迹、传感器时序数据）进行场景挖掘与可视化分析。
3.AI模型部署与优化
参与大模型的后端部署，优化推理性能（如模型量化、剪枝、TensorRT加速）。
设计数据闭环系统，持续迭代模型效果。
4.跨团队协作
与算法、硬件、测试团队紧密合作，推动数据驱动的产品落地。
任职要求：
1.2年以上数据挖掘/AI模型部署经验，熟悉大模型数据链路（如数据标注→训练→评估→部署）。有分布式计算（Spark/Flink）或时空数据分析经验者优先。
2.编程能力
精通Python（或C++），熟悉SQL及大数据生态（Hadoop/Hive/Spark）。
熟悉深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）和模型部署工具（ONNX/Triton）。
3.团队与学习能力
强烈的数据敏感性，能独立探索数据价值并提出优化方案。
良好的沟通能力，适应快节奏的跨团队协作。
4.学历要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业。
