岗位职责
1. 独立负责业务模块后端架构设计、接口开发、功能迭代，承接需求评审；
2. 基于FastAPI/Django/Flask搭建业务服务，开发高可用RESTful、RPC接口；
3. 负责MySQL、Redis、MongoDB联合使用，完成SQL优化、慢查询治理、索引优化；
4. 对接第三方支付、登录、风控、物流等外部API，完成服务封装与容错处理；
5. 参与微服务模块拆分、接口鉴权、限流、缓存方案落地，保障服务稳定性；
6. 配合运维落地CI/CD流程，编写单元测试，处理线上bug、服务告警；
7. 梳理业务代码，重构老旧逻辑，提升代码可维护性，输出开发文档。
任职要求
1. 3年Python后端开发全职经验，本科及以上学历；
2. 精通Python3高阶特性，吃透OOP、设计模式、异步asyncio、多线程多进程；
3. 熟练使用FastAPI优先，熟悉Django/Flask，懂框架底层执行原理；
4. 精通MySQL数据库设计、SQL优化、事务机制，熟练使用Redis做缓存、分布式锁；
5. 熟悉Linux开发环境、Docker基础部署、GitFlow团队协作流程；
6. 熟悉微服务基础概念、接口幂等、异常重试、服务降级基础方案；
7. 具备独立需求拆解、问题排查能力，具备良好编码规范。
