3、开展智能体知识库与测评体系建设，制定数据清洗、标注、校验规范，参与知识库数据加工，测评集数据加工，保障数据质量与模型适配性。
4、带领团队成员与产品经理、设计师、开发工程师等团队成员高效协同，在上级的统筹指导下，深度参与项目全流程推进把控开发进度与质量，解决技术难点，确保项目高质量交付。
任职要求
1、计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上 AI领域开发经验。
2、精通 Python 编程，主导过完整 AI智能体项目开发，代码质量优异。
3、深入理解大语言模型架构，能熟练运用向量数据库与 RAG 技术进行复杂检索优化，具备的提示词工程与对话策略设计能力，有大模型微调经验。
4、有技术方案规划与评审能力，能独立解决复杂技术问题;善于团队管理与知识分享，有带领指导初级工程师经验。
5、对 AI前沿技术有深刻洞察，具备技术预研与落地能力，持续推动技术创新与应用拓展。
