工作职责:
1、负责机场安全产品线的整体规划，制定中长期产品路线图（Roadmap）；
2、负责分析民航安检行业政策趋势（如民航局安检标准、智慧机场建设要求），转化为产品演进策略；
3、负责编写产品需求文档（PRD），明确旅客安检系统（如X光机AI识别、人包对应）、货物安检系统（货检流程、集中判图）、通行证系统（证件管理、背景调查）、道口管理系统（车辆管控、RFID识别）、围界监控（入侵报警、雷达联动）等功能定义；
4、负责设计旅客安检流程（预检-验证-安检-登机）及货物安检流程（收运-安检-仓储-装机）的产品交互逻辑；
5、参与敏捷开发，管理需求优先级，评审迭代版本。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、交通运输、安防技术等相关专业优先；
2、5年以上B端产品经理经验，3年以上智慧机场、智能安防、安检设备或口岸/铁路/地铁安检行业背景；
3、具备复杂项目管理经验，能协调研发、测试、供应链、交付等多团队资源；
4、具备系统思维，能统筹设计多产品线的架构关联与数据流转；
5、优秀的文档撰写能力，能输出高质量的产品白皮书、技术方案及汇报材料；
6、抗压能力强，能适应机场现场调研、项目驻场及短期出差。
