JobDescription:1.Reviseandimprovetheincominginspectionproceduresaccordingtotheinternalandexternalenvironmentanddevelopmentneedsofthecompany.Ensurethattheincominginspectionproceduresareconsistent,effectiveandappropriate.2.ManageIQCobjectivesinaccordancetotheorganizationqualityobjectives,ensurethattheobjectivesareachievedthrougheffectivework,supportingtheachievementoftheorganizationobjectives.3.Allocateinspectiontasks.Reviewandarrangetheinspectionaccordingtotheurgencyofincomingmaterials.4.Ensureleadersandinspectors’inspectionactivitiesaretimely,accurateandeffectiveinaccordancewiththeproceduresandworkinginstructions.5.Reviewincominginspectionfailurereports,assistinanalyzingtherootcause,monitortheprocessingprocessofnonconformingmaterials,ensurethatnonconformingmaterialsarehandledinatimelyandcorrectmanner,monitortheimprovementeffectiveness.6.Handleabnormalpartsfoundontheproductionlineorinthemarket,dealwithfeedbackquickly,andcooperatetoevaluatethequalityofwarehouseandincomingmaterials.7.Regularqualityevaluationofsupplierincomingmaterials,includingstatisticsofpassrate,returnrate,concessionandrework,improvementeffectiveness,etc.8.Thesuperiorassignsothertasks.岗位职责说明：1.根据公司内外部环境及发展需求对来料检验程序进行修订和完善。确保来料检验工作程序是持续的，有效的和适宜的的。2.根据组织质量目标，管理IQC部门工作目标，确保通过有效的工作达成IQC部门目标，从而对公司及部门目标的达成形成支持。3.分配检验任务。根据来料紧急程度安排检验顺序。4.确保组长及检验员依照检查程序及作业指导书，确保来料检验活动及时,准确,有效。5.审核来料检验不合格报告，协助分析根本原因，监控不合格物料的处理过程，确保不合格物料得到及时和正确的处理，跟踪及监控改善效果。6.产线及或市场发现零件异常处理，迅速处理不良投诉，配合评估仓存及来料质量。7.定期进行供应商来料质量评核，包括统计合格率，退货率，特采及返工情况，改善效果等。8.上级主管安排其他工作任务。OtherRequirement:1.28~40yearsold,collegedegreeorabove2.GoodEnglishwritingandspeaking.Familiarwithofficesoftware.3.Experienceinqualitymanagementinhomeappliancesandelectronicsindustryispreferred.Familiarwithsafetyregulationsforhouseholdsandsimilarappliances.Familiarwithinspectionapproachesformetal,plastic,electronicappliances,packagingmaterials,etc.4.Honest,responsibleandcanworkunderpressure.Organizingandcoordinatingskillsandstrongproblem-solvingability要求：1.性别不限，28-40岁，大专及以上学历；2.英语听说读写良好，熟练使用office软件；3.有家电、电子行业质量管理工作经验优先。熟悉家用及类似用途电器的安全规范，熟悉五金,塑胶,电子,电器,包材等材料检验方法；4.正直，责任心强，能承受工作压力。具有一定组织协调能力，解决问题能力强
