岗位职责：
1、根据开发进度和任务分配，完成公司项目相应模块的开发、编程任务；
2、负责公司项目平时的软件运维工作及二次开发任务；
3、负责公司项目系统与其他业务系统之间接口对接，系统和跨系统报表开发；
4、编写系统开发手册、部署手册、用户手册等开发类文档。

任职要求：
1、教育背景：专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、工作经验：具有3年以上生产管理系统,ERP等项目开发经验,有iot相关项目开发经验更佳;
3、专业技能：
① 精通 Java 语言，熟悉常用的设计模式和开发框架, 熟练掌握SpringBoot, SpringCloud,MyBatisPlus等主流开发框架, 有独自解决问题的能力；
②掌握 RESTful API 设计和开发，熟悉 HTTP, websocket 等协议;
③熟悉SQL/Non-SQL（如MySQL、Redis），具备基础的数据库设计和开发能力;
④熟练掌握minio,rabbitMQ等中间件的使用。
④熟练使用Git进行代码管理，了解敏捷开发的基本流程;
⑤具备快速学习新技术的能力，能够适应快速变化的技术环境
4、沟通与团队协作能力：
①具备出色的沟通协调能力，能够与客户、项目团队成员及公司内部各部门进行有效沟通，准确理解各方需求并达成共识；
②具有较强的团队管理能力和团队协作精神，能够有效组织、激励和引导项目团队成员，共同完成项目目标。
