职位描述：
1、参与集团数据中心建设，负责集团局域网、虚拟网的规划、建设和运维工作，建立全球、区域网络，与总部网络保持互联互通
2、识别和诊断影响网络性能的复杂问题和因素，确保网络正常运行如：及时判断和解决集团局域网、数据中心网络、无线网络等方面的问题。
3、负责网络运维、信息安全运维、数据库日常运维工作
4、保障服务器、路由器、交换机、防火墙ips正常状态，并定期巡检
5、检查网络安全漏洞，并提出解决方案及时修复
6、定期进行网络架构或配置升级
7、负责数据库系统日常维护和正常运行,负责公司Oracle、SQLServer数据库日常管理，如：备份与恢复、监控、巡检等

任职要求：
1、熟悉路由、交换和安全技术，如IGP，BGP、ISIS、IPSEC/ MPLS -VPN、QoS、PBR、IPV6、EVPN、组播、ATOM、VRRP、STP等相关技术
2、熟悉CISCO、HW、H3C、Forti、SDWAN等主流网络厂商的产品技术及产品架构与配置及系统集成
3、熟悉大规模IDC、骨干网络架构、弱电综合布线；具有大规模idc，骨干网络建设和运营项目经验优先
4、掌握windows、Linux、路由器、交换机等安全机制和安全加固配置方法
5、必须具有主流厂商高级以上认证，如：CCNP/CCIE HCNP /HCIE
6、熟悉服务器存储架构原理，熟悉服务器备份原理
7、熟悉虚拟化平台原理并有相关搭建经验
8、熟悉数据库，精通数据库备份恢复方案、数据迁移方案，熟悉数据库高可用设计
9、熟悉网络防火墙配置和运维，了解数据防泄漏、入侵检测、安全网关、防病毒、认证等信息安全技术，熟悉主流信息安全产品；了解病毒、僵尸网络、木马的技术原理、APT攻击者等
10、参与过数据中心建设或网络安全管理工作
11、5年以上数据中心网络管理或相关工作经验
