岗位职责：
1、根据系统的功能设计，进行程序设计、开发文档编写；
2、根据设计文档或需求说明完成代码编写代码、注释；
3、进行程序调试，测试和维护，可承担起功能的开发认为；
4、用户培训、配合现场操作分析，解决软件开发过程中的问题；
5、协助测试，定位和修改发现的问题；
6、完成领导交代的开发相关任务；
任职资格：
1、4年以上JAVA开发经验及工作实践经历，java基础扎实；
2、具备逻辑思维能力，具备独立开发能力；
3、理解面向对象编程思想，理解Java反射机制和常用的设计模式；
4、熟悉常用的内存数据库、消息队列、熟练掌握mysql、oracle数据库，能够编写高效的复杂sql、存储过程、视图以及其他函数
5、熟练使用Spring家族相关的Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis、MyBatis Plus、Spring boot、cloud等框架技术框架；
6、熟悉HTML、Javascript、Ajax、CSS、div、jquery、XML、JSON、Vue.js等技术使用和相关前端框架技术；
7、熟悉微信小程序、钉钉对接开发优先。
8、能够在liunx环境部署程序，了解熟悉maven以及liunx的常用命令；熟悉JSP、Servlet、Thymeleaf等，熟悉Tomcat或Nginx服务器的部署
9、熟悉svn、git等版本控制工具，具有代码规范的良好执行能力，
10、工作积极、主动，技术进取、扎实，有团队意识，主人公意识；
11、能够应对合理的工作压力。
12、熟悉分布式开发、部署经验、性能调优经验的优先考虑；
