岗位要求：
框架应用：熟练使用SpringCloud、SpringBoot、SpringMVC等主流框架，理解框架核心原理及应用场景，能独立搭建项目架构；
数据库：熟练使用关系型数据库，掌握SQL语句优化、索引设计、事务管理；
熟练使用Redis、ElasticSearch（ES）等非关系型数据库，能结合业务场景合理运用缓存、全文检索功能；
Web开发：熟悉HTTP协议，了解Servlet、JSP等基础Web技术，掌握RESTful API设计规范；熟练使用WebSocket技术，具备实时通信场景（如即时聊天、消息推送等）的开发与应用经验；
核心要求：
1.三年及以上开发经验
2.熟练掌握微服务架构（SpringCloud/Dubbo）、分布式事务、消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）、容器化（Docker、K8s）等技术；
3.具备高并发、高可用、高吞吐量系统的设计与开发经验；
4.具备设备对接、平台对接实战经验，能处理对接过程中的兼容性、稳定性问题；
5.熟练使用Git版本控制工具，熟悉CI/CD流程；
6.能独立主导核心项目的技术架构设计与落地；
加分项：持有软考证书（如系统架构设计师、软件设计师等）者优先考虑。
