三、产品生产与商业化转换
1、主导产品从概念、研发、测试、生产到上市的全过程，确保产品顺利实现从设计到可批量生产的转换。
2、协调内外部资源，解决产品化过程中的技术、供应链和生产工艺问题。

2、3-5年产品或项目管理经验；
3、医药、化妆品相关专业知识；产品生产相关知识；市场营销相关知识；
4、责任心强，抗压能力突出，有较强的结果导向意识。
5、敏锐的洞察力和市场分析、判断能力；较强的沟通协调与谈判能力；
高效的执行力和产品产业化思维；熟悉大健康行业。
