This role is responsible festablishing maintaining trusting relationships with e-commerce distributors e commerce platforms in China supports the company through development of national budgets.
Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible foverall Champion Petfoods business on JD business.
2.Set up business strategy annual investment plans to service business growth budget achievement.
3.Lead business with inspired sales programming, sales presentations, product development.
4.Lead co-work with distributon traffic management, sales operation, value chain management, campaigns & promotions management, etc.
5.Provide leadership, training, sales coaching to Distribute-commerce Sales Representatives.
6.Develop conduct quarterly yearly business reviews with distributplatform.
7.Consult with distributors, retailers, industry sources report product performance, competitor, industry intelligence.
8.Lead business related projects.
9.Assess market potential distributcapability.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, a related field.
2.Minimum 8 years’ EC/CBEC experience in pet food a related industry above 3 years’ JD other EKA platform management experience will be preferred.
3.Develop maintain a strong knowledge base regarding product, competitors, customers, market activities, communicating this knowledge in business planning meetings.
4.Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, budgeting techniques.
5.Results-oriented with demonstrated business skills related to goal setting, budgeting reporting, analytical abilities to assess interpret results.
6.Mathematical abilities to calculate figures amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volumes, etc., to manage abstract concrete variables.
7.Enthusiastic self-motivated sales professional interpersonal skills.
8.Industry product knowledge, honesty, integrity, trust.
8.Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop sustain successful business relationships internally externally.
9.Excellent communication skills, both written verbal in English Mandarin, good listening skills, with ability to work
10.Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
