一、岗位职责：
1. 依据公司确定的重点市场方向，对细分市场进行信息收集和调研，结合公司所代理的产品线，制定出市场开发的可行性报告；
2. 对细分市场所处的行业客户进行筛选，列出重点客户，通过拜访等途径，识别客户潜在的机会，以及面临的竞争和难点；
3. 整合公司内部资源，通过各种方式对客户关系进行拓展，推动产品进入，实现销售，建立长期稳定的合作关系。
二、任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，电子相关专业；
2. 有2年以上大客户拓展和服务的经验；
3. 有行业经历者优先（如新能源车/光伏逆变/工控等）；
4. 熟悉功率器件如MOSFET/IGBT/SIC或数字信号产品如MCU/DSP/FPGA之一者优先。
