工作职责:
1、根据采购需求，负责工厂成套设备
Manage procurement of complete equipment based on business needs

2、有较强的成本分析能力，对行业中的供应商分布和能力有一定的了解
Demonstrate cost analysis expertise market intelligence on supplier capabilities/geographic coverage

3、通过对业务类型的梳理，制定相关采购策略和目标成本
Develop procurement strategies target costs through business requirement analysis

4、了解采购流程招投标或比价议价，采购合同的谈判，拟定，组织内部与供应商进行合同沟通，合同执行及管理，并可独立完成组织内部评审
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes (bidding/price comparison, contract negotiation, execution) independently conduct internal reviews

5、持续开发优质的新供应商、以利MRO采购成本持续优化与降低
Continuously source high-quality suppliers to optimize MRO procurement costs

6、推动采购流程改善及优化，提升采购团队工作效率
Drive process improvements to enhance procurement team productivity

7、落实部门工作计划，保障实施效果
Ensure effective execution of departmental objectives

任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree higher from a 985/211 university

2、5年以上半导体封装设备采购经验
5+ years of procurement experience in semiconductpackaging equipment

3、了解设备采购流程，熟悉自动化设备的性能、供应渠道及市场行情，有光通信及半导体行业经验的优先
Deep understanding of equipment procurement workflows, automation device specifications, supply chains, market trends. Experience in optical communication/semiconductindustries preferred

4、责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和职业操守
Strong accountability with high professional ethics integrity

5、良好的跨部门沟通和协调能力
Excellent cross-functional communication coordination skills

6、熟练使用办公自动化软件
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office/ERP systems)

7、英语可以作为工作语言
Proficient in English as a working language
