3、产品与市场洞察：建立市场研究体系，洞察奢侈品腕表竞争格局，挖掘新兴市场机会，同时协同研发团队，基于消费者数据与趋势分析，指导高端产品线及轻奢子品牌的定位与推广策略。
4、与业务相关的政府部门、企事业单位、行业媒体等建立良好的沟通渠道和关系，扩大品牌社会影响力。
5、团队与资源管理：领导营销团队，培养专业化人才梯队，管理年度营销预算，优化ROI，确保资源高效配置。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、奢侈品管理等相关专业优先。
2、15年以上市场营销经验，其中8年以上新兴消费品行业高管经验，有实体和新零售从业经验，具有成功主导品牌国际化、高端化升级案例，熟悉中国本土市场，及海外渠道拓展；具有政府公关和营销能力。
3、对消费品行业和目标人群有深刻理解，能平衡品牌调性与商业增长。
4、擅长数字化营销、社交媒体裂变及私域流量运营，具备跨界资源整合能力。
5、具备国际化团队管理经验优先，跨文化沟通能力突出，英文流利。
6、对机械表行业有热情，认同工匠精神，能传递品牌历史与技术价值。
