岗位描述：
1.开发音视频相关业务系统，包括分布式转码、视频点播、视频通信等系统；
2.负责研发产品的产品化，包括产品文档编写、产品转产推进等；
3.开发公共平台组件，并将其应用于各产品。
岗位要求：
1.熟悉面向对象的分析和设计技术，包括设计模式、UML建模等，熟悉多线程、多进程、网络通信；
2.善于学习，有较强的责任心和团队合作意识，良好的沟通能力；
3.理解Spring、iBATIS、Hibernate、Struts2和velocity等框架的设计思想和实现方式，有源代码阅读经验者优先考虑。
