岗位职责
1、负责产品生产过程工艺流程的规划与确定；
2、编制产品生产作业指导书标准规范作业与产品制造工价核定；
3、负责生产设备工艺参数的科学设定与日常有效性验证；
4、对制定的工艺进行实施过程辅导、可操作性验证，及时对工艺作出优化或完善；
5、负责生产过程工艺隐患的排查与整改；
6、负责新产品试产的组织与试产量产问题点的整改跟进验证与资料提交；
7、设计与管理工装、夹具以及自动化设备的调试与导入；
8、协助处理领导分配的其他事项。

任职要求
1、全日制大专或本科学历，电子类或机电类等工科相关专业，二年以上PE/工艺相关工作经验，熟悉塑胶、五金等制造工艺及相关特性，熟悉产品结构改良、设计；
2、熟悉新品导入、制程异常处理、工艺文件制定、效率改善提升等；
3、熟悉自动化工艺方面经验；
4、熟练操作办公软件及CAD等软件；
5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，抗压能力强，工作勤奋、认真；
6、接受出差。
