1、负责公司燃气调压/氢能源设备配套控制系统的自主设计与开发，围绕设备压力、温度、流量采集监测、智能调节、阀门自动控制等核心功能，完成整体电气控制方案设计。
2、独立完成PLC程序编写、调试、优化，适配燃气调压设备运行工艺，实现设备自动化、智能化控制，保障设备运行稳定、精准、安全。
3、负责电气原理图、控制柜接线图等图纸绘制，电气元器件选型、BOM清单编制，配合生产部门完成设备装配、接线指导工作。
4、负责HMI人机界面、SCADA组态系统设计与调试，实现设备运行数据实时监控、参数设置、数据记录、异常报警等功能。
5、负责新品控制系统样机调试、性能测试、问题整改，持续优化控制程序，提升设备智能化水平与运行稳定性。
6、整理编制电气控制相关技术文档、操作手册、调试报告，为生产、售后、销售提供技术支持，配合完成项目验收及技术对接工作。
7、跟踪燃气自动化行业新技术、新方案，迭代优化现有控制系统，配合公司新产品研发及技术升级工作。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化、自动化控制、计算机等相关专业，1-3年相关工作经验。
2、熟练掌握西门子、三菱、信捷等主流PLC编程及硬件组态，精通梯形图、结构化文本等编程方式，具备独立编程、现场调试能力。
3、熟悉温度、压力、流量传感器、调节阀、变频器等工控器件原理及应用，了解Modbus、TCP等常用工业通讯协议。
4、熟练使用AutoCAD/EPLAN绘制电气图纸，掌握HMI、组态软件设计与调试，能独立完成整套电控系统设计落地。
5、有燃气调压设备、暖通、流体控制、工控自动化设备行业从业经验者优先，熟悉燃气设备安全控制标准者优先。
6、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题排查能力，工作严谨负责、踏实肯干，能适应短期项目调试出差，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
