任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件等相关专业5年以上移动端开发、架构经验
2. 精通Java语言，熟悉JNI/NDK开发，熟悉C/C++语言
3. 精通Android平台UI设计，熟悉Android SDK不同版本的主要特性
4. 熟悉Android的系统框架（系统启动、后台进程（AMS,PMS,WMS）,Binder等）
5. 深入理解设计模式（MVC，MVP，MVVM），能够设计出高內聚，低耦合，组件化的系统框架
6. 了解ART/JVM虚拟机，熟悉Dex加载及运行原理，熟悉编译工具链
7. 有足够的软件安全意识，掌握数据加密、代码混淆、防破解、性能优化等技术
8. 熟悉Android系统打包编译、插件化、热修复等主流技术原理并有独特见解
9. 熟悉Android常用组件、多线程编程和复杂的UI开发，具备自定义控件以及后期优化经验；
10. 精通Android框架及各种特性，熟练各种UI组件并了解其内部原理，了解基本的交互知识
11. 对网络编程、多线程、设计模式、高可用程序架构等有深入的理解
