岗位职责：
1.了解电商运营思路、指标体系，本部门从数据库基础做起，有从各大电商平台实时抓取数据及数据加工经验者优先；
2.开发和维护数据模型和报告系统，如设计并优化电商运营指标体系（如GMV、转化率、LTV等），支撑业务决策，确保数据的准确性和可靠性；
3.驾驭Power BI/Tableau等工具，搭建电商运营数据看板，实时呈现关键指标设计；
4.预测模型（如销量预测、库存优化）及客户分群策略，做电商有助力的AI相关应用；
5.探索深度学习与大模型（如LLM）在电商场景的应用（如智能客服、推荐优化）。
岗位要求：
1.统计学、数学、计算机科学、数据科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验；
2.编程能力：熟练Python开发（Pandas/Numpy/Scikit-learn/TensorFlow）及SQL优化，掌握基础分布式计算（Spark/Flink更佳）；
3.熟悉电商平台数据规范（如淘系API、库存API），有数据采集/清洗/建模经验优先；
4.熟悉前端开发（如React/Vue）或网络运维（如Linux/Shell/Ansible）者优先，支持全链路技术协作；
5.了解人工智能算法相关技术者优先；
6.跨部门协作能力强，能清晰向非技术人员传达技术价值；
7.技术面试需要考察代码操作能力。
