岗位职责：
1. 参与项目的方案讨论，技术调研、分析业务需求；
2. 完成项目的技术方案设计、接口定义、数据库设计；
3. 按照开发规范，高质量完成项目代码开发、单元测试，与前端工程师配合完成前后端联调工作，按计划转测；
4. 配合其他角色完成集成测试、用户测试、接口测试，完成项目bug修复，并如期上线；
5. 快速响应功能更新以及优化升级，持续优化系统用户体验，提升友好和易用性；
6. 及时解决系统使用中的各类问题和技术难题，保障项目质量；
任职要求：
1. 3年以上Java项目开发经验
2. Java基础扎实，能够灵活运用多线程，能够对数据库的库表、索引、事务进行良好的设计，并优化SQL
3. 熟练使用Spring、MyBatis、Elasticsearch、Redis、MongoDB、Rabbitmq、Kafka等常用技术栈
4. 熟悉微服务架构，并有实际运用经验
5. 善于沟通和合作，能独立完成设计和编码，有良好的编程习惯，能编写风格一致、符合规范的代码
6. 有JVM调优、高并发经验优先，熟练敏捷开发或其他如python、go等技能经验优先
7.具备React、Vue等前端主流技术框架优先
8.有泛微后台开发经验和工作流相关项目经验优先
