- 精通Java核心机制（JVM、多线程、NIO）、主流框架（Spring Boot/MyBatis）及设计模式。
- 熟悉分布式系统设计，掌握Redis/Kafka/RocketMQ/Elasticsearch等中间件原理及调优；
- 深入理解微服务架构，具备Spring Cloud Alibaba、Dubbo等框架的实战落地经验；
- 熟悉MySQL/Oracle等数据库，精通SQL优化、分库分表（如ShardingSphere）方案。
- 掌握DevOps工具链（Jenkins/GitLab CI），熟悉容器化部署与云平台（AWS/阿里云）。
- 逻辑清晰，具备复杂业务场景的抽象能力和技术方案输出能力；
