岗位职责
1.全面负责公司EHS 全模块管理（安全、环保、职业健康、消防、危废、特种设备），独立搭建、完善 EHS 管理制度与流程。
2.负责现场安全隐患排查、风险评估、整改跟踪，监督高危作业、特种设备、危化品规范管理。
3.组织全员安全培训、应急演练、安全宣传，建立并完善 EHS 台账与档案。
4.负责工伤 / 安全事件调查、原因分析、整改措施落实与闭环管理。
5.对接应急管理、环保、消防等政府部门检查，应对各类审核，确保公司合规运营。
6.统筹环保设施运行、危废合规处置、职业健康体检与危害防治等全流程工作。
7.作为公司 EHS 负责人，独立统筹、推进所有 EHS 相关工作。
任职要求
1.本科及以上，安全工程、环境工程、化工等相关专业。（全日制硬性要求）
2.完整做过 EHS 全模块工作，熟悉安全、环保、消防、职业健康、危废、体系等全流程。
3.有中小型企业 EHS 负责人 / 独立负责全盘 EHS 工作经验优先，能独立扛全部 EHS 事务。（没有独立全盘经验者勿投哦）
3.熟悉国家及地方 EHS 相关法律法规，能独立应对政府检查与体系维护。
4.责任心强，抗压能力强，沟通协调能力好，能独当一面开展工作。
