优化试产中发现的Layout相关问题；
主动提出合理化建议，积极提出优化方案，甚至流程改进。

任职资格：
有汽车行业工作经验者优先；
5年以上的PCB设计专职工作经验 ;
掌握数电、模电、射频电路基础知识；
熟悉常见电路设计要求；
有电源/信号完整性、EMC知识经验者优先；
熟练使用Altium Designer者优先；
具有团队合作意识，主动的沟通能力;
熟悉PCB制版流程，熟悉板材者优先；
有高低压混合走线，大电流高功率设计经验者优先；
有电驱电控经验，或域控经验优先。
