二、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历双证齐全，计算机相关专业，3 年以上 JAVA 开发经验；
2、核心技术栈：熟练掌握 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等后端框架，具备 VUE 前端开发经验，能独立完成前后端联调；
3、数据库能力：精通acle 数据库的设计、索引优化、存储过程编写，熟悉数据库性能调优技巧；
4、运维与工具：熟练使用 Linux 或麒麟操作系统，具备 Shell 脚本编写能力；精通 GIT、SVN 版本控制工具，熟悉分支管理与代码合并流程；
5、技术功底：深入理解 Java 多线程原理与并发编程，具备丰富的代码性能优化、内存泄漏排查经验；
6、前端技能：精通原生 JavaScript，熟练运用 Vue.js 框架进行组件开发、状态管理，有 UI 设计（如 Figma、PS）经验者优先；
7、具备良好的编码规范、问题分析能力与团队协作意识，能承受一定的项目压力，有大型分布式系统开发经验者优先。
三、优先条件：
1、有金融行业信贷系统、信用风控、贷款核算项目经验者优先；
