岗位职责：
1.参与拟订公司安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案；
2.组织公司安全教育生产培训，记录安全教育生产培训情况；
3.落实公司危险源的安全管理措施；
4.组织公司应急救援演练；
5.检查公司的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议；
6.制止和纠正违规指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为；
7.落实公司安全生产整改措施。
8.参与新改扩建项目三同时、试生产前安全审查、管理工作；
9.督促落实实验室危险化学品采购、存储、使用以及废弃的安全管理措施，发现问题及时纠正和汇报；
10.落实公司对特殊作业（动火、登高、临电、受限空间等）的安全管理要求，对特殊作业进行风险评估、审核以及现场监督；
11.负责公司消防系统日常维护，联系消防维保单位和物业管理公司，解决消防设施基本故障；
12.负责实验室的环保管理工作（环境监测、废弃物处置、监督环保设施运行、环保申报工作等）；
13.负责实验室的职业卫生管理工作（职业危害因素监测、职业健康监护、职业病管理申报、劳保用品管理等）；
14.与政府或第三方监管单位保持沟通，按时完成上级部门安排的各项工作任务；
15.完成主管上级领导交办的其它事务。

任职要求：
1.化工类、安全工程等相关专业本科以上学历；
2.具有国家注册安全工程师(化工类)、国家注册消防工程师优先；
3.3年以上安全管理相关工作经验，有化学合成类研发实验室管理经验或化工中试项目管理经验的优先；
4.熟悉国家和上海当地相关安全、健康、环保法律法规；
5.掌握基本的企业安全管理、安全检查、事故分析与处理等能力；
6.强烈的责任心、良好的沟通协调能力、较强的组织管理能力；
7.优秀的计划与执行能力、沟通和协调能力。
