1. 参与AI智能体架构和评测体系设计，包括但不限于工作流、多智能体、MCP工具等，参与相关项目的架构设计、需求分析、文档编写、代码开发、单元测试等。
2. 参与AI业务应用的端到端解决方案设计，结合业务场景，设计产品形态和技术路线。
3. 追踪业界前沿AI技术发展，引入解决方案，保持团队技术领先性；
任职要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业，3年及以上Python开发经验。
2. 熟悉restful接口设计开发，熟悉Django、Tornado、Flask、FastApi等任一框架，。
3. 具备丰富的数据库开发经验，熟悉常用中间件如PostgreSQL/MySQL、Redis、ElasticSearch等。
4. 了解人工智能、大模型、AI Agent、指令工程、RAG等领域的基本概念，至少具有部分经验。
4. 具备Linux Shell脚本编写能力，熟悉常见的命令，熟练使用git、docker等运维工具。
5. 扎实的计算机基础，对常用数据结构算法、设计模式、操作系统融会贯通。
6. 具备良好的学习能力，热爱技术,有一定的独立分析和解决问题的能力，有良好的团队合作精神。
7. 积极学习和了解人工智能和大模型等前沿技术，熟悉langchain\RAG技术栈，具备AI实际项目和产品研发经验的优先。
