5.对试制验证进行知识管理，推动建立研发设计规范、流程。
职位要求：
1.有终端电池3年以上新产品导入、项目管理等工作经验，熟悉研发试制流程，对电子产品研发制造全流程有较深的理解；
2.对锂电池有一定的了解，并精通其中某一环节技术，熟悉试制到量产阶各环节流程；
3.具质管控能力，良好的项目管理能力，对项目质量有较强风险识别和管控能力，通过RDPM或者MP优先；
4.有锂电池产品全流程导入或试制组织/项目管理工作经验者优先；
5.具备较强的沟通协调能力。
职位要求：
1.熟悉锂电池产品设计，熟悉项目管理知识和方法。
2.具备对新工艺、新技术、新方案、新材料的验证策划能力。
3.熟悉研发项目管理，对项目品质和进度风险能提前识别和管控。
4.具有创新意识和能力。
