3、IT系统适配：与IT团队紧密协作，推动流程需求线上化、自动化，提升流程运行效率与数据质量。

5、流程能力建设：开发IPD与项目管理培训课程，赋能组织，提升整体项目管理成熟度。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上研发项目管理/流程管理相关经验；
2、3年以上IPD流程运营/优化经验，经历过IPD从导入到落地优化的完整周期；
3、熟悉华为/IBM等IPD实践框架，具备独立问题分析和落地推动能力；
4、优秀的跨部门沟通能力和个人影响力，能推动跨层级协作。
