Located on Changxing Island in Shanghai at the mouth of the Yangtze River, the company covers an area of over 400 acres and specializes in the production of various port machinery and offshore engineering supporting components. It possesses capabilities in product design, structural processing, mechanical processing, heat treatment, as well as installation, sales, and after-sales service.
The company is one of the largest manufacturers of pulleys and wheels in China, with strong mechanical processing and heat treatment production capabilities. Equipped with advanced heat treatment equipment from both domestic and international sources, it can provide customers with various cast, forged, and welded pulleys, wheels, and other non-standard spare parts. With an annual production capacity of 500 units of STS cranes, rail-mounted gantry cranes, and travel mechanisms for bulk cargo machinery, the company also supplies various institutional components for container cranes, bulk cargo machinery, large floating cranes, pipelay vessels, and other offshore equipment. It serves as a specialized manufacturing facility for ZPMC products' institutional components and spare parts.
