3.根据产品或项目需求进行产品需求评审，与后台开发人员配合实现产品功能，独立完成Web前端开发任务；
4.维护和升级系统模块，快速定位并修复系统缺陷，对系统功能质量负责；
5.与产品一起，优化整个产品使用流程，为使用者提供更好的交互体验和展现效果。
任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，至少3年的Web前端研发经验；
2.熟练使用各种Web前端技术，对Ajax、Jquery、 Bootstrap 等js库有深入了解；
3.对前端主流JS框架如Vue、React等至少使用过一种进行独立项目的开发；
4.熟悉业内主流游戏引擎，如Cocos、Laya等，能独立进行游戏逻辑、UI和动画模块的开发；
5.对移动端的开发有深入的了解，并对PC和移动端的兼容性有丰富的经验；
6.熟练解决前端各种业务场景问题，有前端技术方案积累。
7.有良好的沟通与表达能力、思路清晰，较强的动手能力与逻辑分析能力；
8.学习能力强，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有较好解决问题的主动意识和能力；
9.有带团队经验者优先。
