岗位职责：
1.主导销售自动化管理SFA全生命周期产品规划：深度覆盖与市场相关的组织人员管理（业务、导购）、客户管理、终端网点管理、产品铺市、拜访路线、作战地图、市场策略、任务执行、数据集成/采集上报、排班考勤打卡、总结计划、流程助手、目标任务、薪资绩效、运营数据分析、进度跟踪、异常风控预警与处理等核心环节，设计适配销售过程管理、销售人员管理、销售目标任务管理等场景的一体化数字化产品方案，确保市场团队的高效执行力和战斗力；
2.负责SFA销售管理系统全流程建设与落地：统筹外采/定制化SFA系统的全生命周期管理，包括前期市场调研、供应商评估与选型；主导需求收集（管理端+业务端+客户端）、分析梳理、优先级排序，输出高质量产品原型与PRD；推动研发、测试团队完成系统开发与部署，组织验收测试、上线推广及用户培训；
3.驱动SFA产品迭代优化：持续收集公司经营管理、市场运营、市场销售、人力资源、财务合规等团队及外部经销商、网点门店、平台合作伙伴的反馈，结合销售数据挖掘痛点与优化空间，制定清晰的产品迭代roadmap并推动落地，持续提升系统对业务快速发展的支撑能力；
4.跨部门协同与项目管理：协调供应商、自有研发、测试、运维、业务等多方资源，建立高效协同机制，解决项目推进中跨部门/跨组织的冲突与关键问题，保障项目按时按质交付；负责系统上线后问题快速响应与闭环处理。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、市场管理等相关专业优先；
2.5年以上快消品领域SFA或相关系统（CRM、营销系统）产品经理经验；
3.熟悉原型设计工具及需求管理工具，具备基本的技术理解能力，能与研发团队高效沟通技术方案可行性；
4.熟悉快消行业业务逻辑，必须具备快消品行业产品经理相关工作经历经验；
5.具备良好的沟通表达、逻辑思维与抗压能力，能适应复杂业务场景下的快速迭代节奏。
