1、需求分析与方案设计：深入制造/零售行业客户业务场景（如营销、供应链、人资等），梳理业务需求，设计贴合业务目标的数据分析解决方案；
2、项目交付与成功保障：主导或深度参与项目实施，完成业务调研、指标体系设计、看板原型设计、用户验收与培训，确保项目高质量交付与客户价值实现；
3、项目进度与风险管理：协助项目经理制定项目计划，跟踪执行进度，识别并预警项目风险，推动问题解决；
4、客户赋能与关系维护：成为客户信赖的业务伙伴，引导客户更高效地进行企业数据经营分析，挖掘深层需求，促进持续合作；
5、知识沉淀与内部赋能：总结项目所处的行业解决方案与实践，形成可复用的知识库，并为内部提供资产积累。
任职资格
1）本科及以上学历，5年以上数据分析、业务分析、数据产品或咨询相关经验；
2）具备制造/零售行业企业数字化转型项目经验，深刻理解企业全流程业务及关键数据指标体系；
3）出色的逻辑思维、沟通与表达能力，能够与客户业务/IT部门及内部团队高效协作；
4）具备较强的文档撰写能力，能独立产出业务需求文档、解决方案建议及分析报告；
5）具备一定的项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理方法论；
6）熟悉常用关系型或MPP数据库的使用，具备一定的SQL语句编写能力；
5）学习能力强，对数据敏感，熟悉BI工具（如永洪BI、Tableau、Power BI等）的使用。
