一、岗位职责
1.围绕集团经营管理与业务运营需求，开展数据分析工作，为管理决策提供数据支持。
2.参与业务指标体系建设，梳理并统一数据口径，提升数据一致性与可用性。
3.对业务数据进行整理、分析与解读，形成分析报告、专题分析或管理看板。
4.与业务部门、ITBP及技术团队协作，推动数据在实际业务场景中的应用落地。
5.参与数据质量监控与问题反馈，协助提升数据准确性和完整性。
6.持续跟踪业务变化，优化分析模型和指标体系，提升数据分析的业务价值。
二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、信息管理、经济管理或相关专业。
2.7年以上数据分析相关工作经验，有企业经营分析、运营分析或管理分析经验者优先。
3.具备良好的业务理解能力，能够从业务视角提出分析思路和结论。
4.熟练使用常见数据分析工具和方法，如 Excel、SQL、BI 工具等。
5.具备较强的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力，能够将数据转化为可执行的业务洞察。
6.具备良好的沟通与表达能力，能够向非技术背景人员清晰传达分析结论。
三、优先条件
1.有集团型企业、多业务板块数据分析经验者优先。
2.有指标体系、管理看板或经营分析模型建设经验者优先。
3.有数据治理、数据质量管理相关经验者优先。
4.熟悉数据平台、数据仓库或BI系统者优先。
