岗位职责及目标：
1. 负责京东零售商品理解工程和产品化能力建设，构建统一、稳定、高效的商品资产和服务能力，助力B端商品运营提效和C端体验及效率提升；
2. 建设京东零售商品标准CPV、商品知识图谱、标品、同品等基础能力；
3. 建设覆盖标签生产、管理、存储以及服务的京东零售统一标签平台以及实时化盘货引擎；
4. 参与京东零售核心商品系统和链路的设计，设计和落地企业级Java后端系统架构，支持百万级在线请求能力；
5. 打磨京东零售级业务视角能力，能从业务、技术和平台多重视角发现和解决问题。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验；
2. 精通Java语言及Spring/SpringBoot/MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉JVM原理及调优；
3. 熟悉大数据生态技术，至少掌握以下两项：列式数据库ClickHouse的部署、性能优化与SQL开发；Redis集群架构设计及持久化、缓存击穿/穿透解决方案；Hadoop/Spark/Flink等大数据处理工具的基础使用；
4. 熟悉MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库，具备SQL优化经验；了解分布式系统原理，熟悉多线程、消息队列（如Kafka/RabbitMQ）开发;
5. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和强执行力，能够与不同团队进行有效的沟通和协作，推动项目落地；
6. 有以下系统建设经验者优先：电商/广告系统、商品标签、商品知识图谱、商品中心等；
