3、熟悉Mysql，Redis 有过熟练的使用经验，了解MongoDB,Hbase 等数据库加分;
4、熟悉Kafka、Nsq等消息队列并能合理应用消息解决复杂业务问题；
5、良好的抗压能力和团队合作精神，具有高度的工作热情、责任心和良好的任务管理能力，以及良好的沟通能力;
6、对分布式系统有一定了解，了解市面上常见的信创环境如TDsql、达梦数据库、tongweb等;
7、有项目管理相关经验优先
