岗位职责：
1、跟踪各车间生产作业计划的进展情况，随时掌握生产进度并进行反馈；
2、整理和归档生产数据，为生产计划的制定和执行提供支持；
3、及时发现生产过程中的问题，并及时反馈给相关部门，协助解决生产难题。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，熟练操作office软件，熟悉ERP系统操作；
2、3年以上制造业计划物控(PMC)工作经验；
3、熟悉生产流程、计划管理、物料管控等工作；
4、具有优秀的计划能力、组织管理能力和人际沟通能力，能够很好地协调技术、销售、采购等部门的工作；
5、具有积极的工作态度和高度的责任心，工作富有条理性、工作效率高。

薪资福利：
1、薪资：综合底薪+加班费，综合底薪3500-4500元/月；
2、福利待遇：缴纳社保，公司包吃（一日三餐）包住；
3、假期：依法享有法定节假日、带薪婚假、产假、年假等假期；
4、加班费：5天8小时以外严格按照国家劳动法相关规定计算加班费。
